And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. Acts 2:42

And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ. Eph. 4:11

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17

But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him. Mark 16:6

I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. John 15:5

Philosophy of Ministry

The purpose of when the Church gathers, is for making disciples, not supremely to reach “seekers”.
This purpose is accomplished by leaders equipping Believers through teaching the entire Word of God verse by verse, and by Believers using their spiritual gifts and Agape love to build up other Believers.
When a disciple is made, he or she can effectively obey the Great Commission, and fulfill God’s calling on their life. This brings God glory.
